| OUR FIVE-WEEK FRENCH IMMERSION PROGRAM |
|
From June 28th to July 30th 2010, the French Summer School of the Cégep de Trois-Rivières offers an immersion language course in a French environment. We accept all students aged 16-17. Classes are held daily, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 12:00. Students will be staying in one of our five residences on campus, depending on their age and gender.
Our teaching methods include Moi, je parle français, Dialogue Canada and En avant la grammaire, various exercises and French songs. A stay in the Province of Quebec, tours around the Mauricie region and encounters with our people provides the students with a great deal of knowledge of the French language and culture.
Groups count an average of 15 students. Progress made by the students will be evaluated by oral and written exams and they will receive a certificate at the end of the program.

| ACTIVITIES & FACILITIES |
|
The program includes a variety of sport and sociocultural activities. Students will be visiting the Six Flags Attraction Park (La Ronde), the Old Quebec, the Valcartier Vacation Village (water park) and our famous Parc de la Mauricie, just to name a few.
Facilities such as a language laboratory, library, cafeteria, gym and fitness center are at their disposal throughout the program. Students will be living in one of the 5 residences on campus.
